  We recently called Olympic to treat an algae problem in our pool. After 2 weeks the pool is still not swimmable. The chlorine level is still excessively high and the ph is nowhere near normal. They have sent a service person out every day and the condition has not changed at all.
  
  The representative who answered the phone evaded the questions I asked regarding the length of time it would take before we could once again swim in the pool. His customer service skills were pathetic. He showed no interest in us as the customer but constantly whined about how difficult it was for them to keep trying to treat our pool. This guy just didnt get it. He should be in the back of the shop mixing chemicals and not let anywhere near the customers.
  
  When I asked to speak to the owner, he rudely refused, saying he was the owners son and was the only one I was going to speak to. He also claimed that the high chlorine would not cause skin or eye irritation and that the pool was ok to swim in. He said he did not know why the chlorine level was so high but that they would continue to charge me for each trip the service person made to our home. This was after the person I spoke with the day before assured me that we would not be charged for these trips since they were unable to correct the problem. He then went on making disparaging remarks about my profession and threatened me with legal action.
  
  I would not recommend this company.
