  Jeff Gates is a crook. Do not use this company. I had to sue him because he charged me $20,000 for a window stolen from the construction site that was only $4,000 at best. He is only out for your money. Doesn't care about anything else. Will add tons of money to what was contracted via change orders. Also only budgets for the cheapest materials. When it comes time to select colors, materials, etc., you will realize that the budget is practically worthless. Dig deeper into your pockets. WARNING. Stay as far away as you can.
